CCL Auto-Sleeve has built a reputation for technical innovation and our in-house experts work with you from sleeve design right through to ensuring maximum brand impact and on-line efficiency.  Our Art Department can decorate sleeves to virtually any design in up to 10 colors gravure and 8 colors flexo with endless opportunities for including halftones, special colors, photographs and special effects.
  • Design build to specified size (MacIntosh based applications)
  • Flexo-specific art changes (color correction, overprinting, trapping)
  • Preparation for printing with CTP (computer to plate, digital & analog stepping, platemaking, platemounting)
  • Extrusion LDPE
  • Blow film (according to technical and product specifications)
  • Quality & testing (certified raw material, check properties of film)

Graphic Design

Our repro department consists of professional flexographic printing specialists. We are able to offer optimal support and advice for the transformation and reproduction of design examples.

With CTP (computer to plate) and ITR (in the round) applications we are able to reproduce your designs "in house" in perfect quality.

Our high end applications guarantee optimal reliability and perfect reproduction.
